Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Antegrate platform available at antegrate.com and app.antegrate.com (the "Platform") operated by Antegrate ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may sign in using email/password or through a supported identity provider such as Google. When using third-party sign-in, you authorize us to link your account using the email address provided by the provider.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited actions include uploading unlawful or infringing content, interfering with security features, reverse engineering, or using the service to send spam or malicious code. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Business Card Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform. You represent that you have the rights required to share the content and that it does not violate third-party rights.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Some features may require payment. Fees are due according to the plan you select. Unless otherwise stated, charges are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers such as Google. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or API changes.
6. Account Linking
If you register with email and later sign in with Google using the same email address, we may automatically link those accounts. You agree that this linking is permitted to provide seamless access. If you believe an account was linked in error, contact support.
7. Service Changes & Notice
We may add, change, or remove features, logic, or functionality at any time. The free plan will remain free forever.
For paid plans, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice before any material feature changes go live in production.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antegrate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antegrate, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or posting an update on the Platform). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
