What this site collects, and why.
Very little. This page lists all of it, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted.

- Who is responsible
Antegrate is a software engineering consultancy run by Dorian Ben Haim in Israel, and is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions and requests go to hello@antegrate.com.
- The inquiry form
When you submit the inquiry form, it sends your name, company and email address, your description of the system and of what makes it difficult to change, and the project size and timing you choose.
That information is used to read and answer your inquiry and, if it leads to one, to scope an engagement. It is not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, and not sold or passed to anyone for their own use.
For visitors in the EU or UK, the legal basis is taking steps you have asked for before a possible contract, and the legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
- Where it goes
Each submission is stored with Netlify, which hosts this site, and a copy is emailed to hello@antegrate.com — sent through Resend and received in a Google Workspace mailbox. These companies handle it on Antegrate’s behalf as service providers, and may do so outside Israel, including in the United States.
- Spam protection
To keep automated submissions out, the form checks how quickly it was completed and includes a field people cannot see. Submissions that look automated are stored for review rather than emailed.
The site also limits how many inquiries can be sent from one connection in a day. For that it keeps a one-way, salted hash of your IP address — not the address itself — with the times of recent submissions.
- Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to see how it is used: which pages are visited, which calls to action are clicked, whether the pricing and the example assessment are seen, and how far visitors get with the inquiry form.
Nothing you type into the form is sent to Google — no name, email, company or description. When an inquiry is sent, analytics records only which project size and timing were chosen.
Google Analytics sets cookies (named
_gaand_ga_followed by an identifier), and Google processes the data under its own terms. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.Analytics does not load at all when your device is set to a European time zone. The site has no advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking, and sets no cookies of its own. It may keep one note in your browser’s session storage — the first page opened in the visit — which is cleared when the tab is closed.
- Hosting logs
Like any website, the hosting provider receives the technical details your browser sends with each request, including your IP address, and may keep them in logs for security and operations.
- How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation they started and to any engagement that follows, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is kept under the retention setting of the site’s Google Analytics account.
- Your rights
You can ask to see the information Antegrate holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, by writing to hello@antegrate.com.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to a data protection regulator — in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority; in the EU or UK, the authority where you live.
- Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top says when.
